Meatloaf is one of fave comfort foods, I’ve tried lots of different recipes & everyone just makes me feel really homely and relaxed and loved, its the simple things in life huh. This one is a beauty, will definatly try it out.

Thanks so much for your recipe. For years, I’ve been laying bacon over the top of my meatloaf and it’s delicious. But it never occurred to me to include cheese, and that sounds even better. I’m anxious to try your recipe. Thanx

Wow, my kids loved this. I ate it cold the next day on a bagel and it was very good. I think I am going to make one over the holidays.

I admit it: I love meatloaf. I don’t very often make it…but I love it. There — my secret is out!

This looks interesting. I might have to give it a go in our house – the mayo sounds strange but it makes sense. I do like a crusty burger!
