I make 'em but with feta, tomatoes and a few other goodies. To answer your question, I made triple cheese mushrooms which were a huge hit and can be made the day before, Bang Bang Shrimp which was a restaurant copycat, jambalaya pizza and chicken skewers. My fav dip I take everywhere is my artichoke dip. If anything sounds good I will send you the recipe. Let me know. I love zucchini boats! I make ‘em but with feta, tomatoes and a few other goodies.
