Thanks for this post. I can totally relate. London broil also reminds me of when I was 8 years old. My mom always cooked in on the grill in our backyard. It is funny how food can do that. The next time you make your meal, I would recommend trying grass fed Black Angus beef when cooking your london broil steak. It is absolutely delicious and a healthier option. I work with La Cense Beef and because our beef is 100% grass fed it is higher in omega 3 acids and lower in calorie and fat as opposed to traditional grain fed beef. Try grass fed Black Angus Beef and you will be able to taste an even bigger difference!

I've never tried london broil before but you make it sound easy enough. And it looks delicious! I'm suspicious of that montreal steak seasoning, though, especially the ingredient listed as "natural flavor." Sounds like MSG to me!

I love London Broil. I don't eat steak often...but when I do this is one of my favorites.

Don't be nervous! It's hard to screw up. If you don't think it's cooked enough you can always throw it back on. We like ours medium rare to rare. But don't worry, it's not going to kill ya. Just chicken, make sure the chicken is cooked!
