  1. Oh wow, these look so good. I hope my hubs gets over his fish aversion soon. He hasn’t been wanting it at all.

Thanks SO much for sharing in my SITS day last week. I really appreciate all your wonderful comments!!!!

This look great. Since the halibut in your fish n’ chips recipe went over so great I can’t wait to try this one out on my kids. I’ll keep you posted.

  3. Alex Fitzpatrick says:

Disclaimer! My cousin, Stacey, is very green and studies ecology and whatnot in college at Virginia Tech. She wanted me to tell everyone that Chilean Sea Bass are endangered and we should not eat them so feel free to pick a different fish like halibut or salmon!

    Great looking dinner!
Whatever you have to do to get the kids to try it (you do)

My husband would love those. He’d love it more if I’d cook seafood. (I’m allergic to it, so they only get it when we go out to eat.)
    Swinging by from SITS!

  8. That is a great and easy idea. I love that you marinate the fish – I hate bland tasting fish. Will try this one out.

    Thanks for stopping by!
