He kicked our grandmother in the head when she was changing his diaper. Our great aunt would have to step outside when he was throwing tamtrums so the neighbors wouldn't think she was beating him. He climbed up onto the stove via the radiator and turned it on and set a piece of paper on fire. He would literally eat cigarette butts out of my mom's ashtray when he was really little - she'd put it up somewhere high and he would always find a way to get to it. What did I do, holy sacred first-born that I was? Easy. I'd sit with my hands folded and watch as he climbed, and would only call for help when he got to his destination. ;-) Yep, I’m a 1st child and I can tell you that my younger brother was a nightmare. There is a HUGE difference between my first and second - different challenges, different things to love, different things to pray about!
