Happy SITS day! Those sushi rolls look yummy! I don’t cook at school but I’ll be home toward the end of May, and I normally cook for the family once a week (at least). I want to make those for us.

Sadly, though, my brother Josh won’t eat them unless I can convince him that they’re pizza. Everyone else will love them.

Can I just say that is AWESOME!!! I would have never thought about Sushi that way. My 12yr old son HATES sushi but I think he will eat this because it just looks like sushi. And it totally made my mouth water!!!
